SAFETY CULTURE

We are deeply committed to a strong safety, health, and environment program that protects our personnel, property, the public, and the environment.

Our goal is an accident-free, completely safe work environment on our job sites that sends our personnel home safely every day.

As part of our approach to ensuring safety, we design and implement a Safe Work Plan for all projects. The plan includes: identifying potential hazards and implementing controls; emergency response strategies; and identifying personal protective equipment and training requirements. All Safe Work Plans are reviewed and approved by a skilled Safety Professional.

Chabot management and employees at every level are responsible and held accountable for overall safety, health, and environment program implementation. Complete and active participation by everyone, every day is necessary to achieve the excellence that we expect.
